You can request permanent deletion of your Sual account and data here, even if you no longer have the app installed or can't log in.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, quiz history, Hifdh progress, Spaces posts, and uploaded Book Quiz content cannot be recovered.

What happens next

Submitting the form above opens an email to our privacy team with your request pre-filled. We verify the request came from the account owner, then permanently delete your account and associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to retain certain records (such as payment transaction records) to comply with legal or tax obligations.
